delivery and payment policy:

check or money order may be made payable to: Ventana Glass Studio.

upon first order placed, payment is due before shipping - once account is established payment is due within 30 days of shipped product.

shipping costs will be based on standard USPS ground rates with insurance and tracking - allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

return policy

if there is a design you are not satisfied with it may be returned within 15 business days - customer is responsible for shipping. should a design arrive damaged, customer is responsible for returning the order and design will either be replaced or repaired depending on damage, item will be shipped back at no charge.
